Meet The Author

Hello and thank you for visiting fuss free recipes. I am Nora and I am just another busy working mom trying to keep abreast my working life and my passion for cooking. Fuss free recipes is my personal website where I share the techniques I use to cook healthy and delicious meals with the fewest possible ingredients.

Fewer ingredients don’t mean compromising the enjoyment and the taste of the food. In fact reduced ingredients has its benefits like easier and quicker shopping and also spending less time on the preparation. This also allows you to enjoy the rich flavors of the fewer ingredients. Fresh food does taste fantastic so why mask those tastes by mixing them with other ingredients?

Most of the recipes are ones that I have learnt from from my parents and family and many that are made up by us. Some are those that I find interesting and unique  from cookbooks, magazines, and newspaper clippings and I have tried making.

Time is of essence in today’s busy world so when you’re trying to do as much as you can in a single day, often the first thing which would be of trouble would be cooking. The last thing you will feel like doing is shopping and then going home and preparing them finally before cooking a meal. The idea of making a dish that requires a huge list of ingredients can often put you off even before getting started.

Cooking can be rather simple and doesn’t have to be too hectic, the key to making a delicious and enjoyable meal lies in the ingredients you choose and how you prepare and cook them.I hope you enjoy reading and please do not hesitate to try preparing any recipes listed.
