It is a fact that milk is a good source of proteins, calcium, vitamin B as well as high in fat. Milk matters so if your over weight you don’t have to cut down milk from your diet. Instead of using the whole milk try using low fat milk as the advantage of fat-free milk over whole milk cannot be stressed enough. The fat in whole milk is mostly saturated animal fat. Also the low fat milk prepared at home presents all the goodness of the normal milk but is virtually fat free.
Preparing low fat milk at home is not a very difficult task. Low fat milk is prepared by using skimmed milk powder which is easily available from almost all the shops and groceries or else if you want you can use 99% fat free milk also which will be much effective for your health. Switching to fat-free milk won’t compromise the amount of nutrients in your glass. Below is a simple way in which you can prepare low fat milk at home without any fuss.
Things needed: 100gm skim milk and 1 liter water (5 cups)

I have a friend you does just that in the microwave, for about 1 or 2 minutes, then she removes the skin on top.
