Bread Pizza

This delicious crispy bread, topped with mixed vegetables and cheese is a quick snack that you can make when you desire a quick appetizer. The bread pizza is one of the favorites of my kids at home; they really enjoy preparing it themselves. I am sure your kids will love this too. For the topping you can use any mix of vegetables you like and also alter the fish to chopped and boiled chicken breasts too. It would take around 15 minutes to prepare this bread pizza. Hope you enjoy this yummy bread pizza.

My husband will love this. He always tries to make mini pizzas (on bagels, muffins, etc.) in the oven.

I eat those very often as a lunch…with a glass of red wine….hmm…esp. in winter time when I usually bake sourdough bread often, and I love to top the bread with olives, sundried tomatoes, and cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese. (that means I put tons of them hahaha….) , then I can sit on the couch with my cats, watch some afternoon TV. series….Just relax myself…

These remind me of the little pizzas my mom used to make me as a kid. She made them on english muffins though but tasty all the same!
