
1 Place the minced beef and the chopped onions plus the olive oil and mix well. Season well and form around 8 small patties.
2 Heat the remaining oil on a nonstick pan the add the patties and cook on both sides until they appear browned.Sprinke about 1tbsp of water and add little seasoning
3 Cover the patties with the sliced onions and peppers and sprinkle another 1tbsp of water and some seasoning. Lower the heat to very lowand braise for 20 mins.
4 When the onions apear to turn golden brown remove from pan from the heat.
5 Serve with some onions and peppers

This is the one I cook very often, say…..4-5 times a week, but with different herbs and seasonings…will be my man’s dinner tonight.
