
1 Rinse the salmon steaks, thaw and pat dry with a paper towel. Remove any leftover bones or skin and steam upto 8 to 10 minutes or untill done.
2 Now place the steaks in a bowl and the seasoning and mix it well with the mayonnaise then refrigerate and set aside.
3 Cut the pita bread into half, and slice the tomatoes and cucumber into thin slices
4 Apply the salmon paste in the pita bread and arrange the tomatoes and cucumbers inside the bread along with the dill and serve.
