Yogurt with raspberry and banana is a creamy light dish you can have along with breakfast. This honey-glazed dish is particularly high in calcium and vitamin C which is sweet and good for your health. You can always experiment with different fruits like strawberries, blueberries, apples, grapes or even dried fruits instead of the ones I have used.

Rather than plain yogurt you can use your favorite flavors as well. But here I have used plain bio life organic yogurt. Bio Life Organic is a full-cream, plain yogurt that is ideal for growing children, active energetic people and the elderly, who all require good sources of absorbable calcium, protein and all the trace elements found in milk fat. It’s so much easier to select healthy foods throughout the day when your first meal includes something nutritious like fruit.
1 Slice the peeled bananas and put it in to a bowl.
2 Gently wash the raspberries and pile them on top of the bananas.
3 Tip half of the yogurt on top of the bowl and drizzle with honey.
